| 内容記述 | Summary : The author analyzed forest Commons theory in recent years, and concluded as follows ; The right of commons in Japan is not a completely democratic right that the forest Commons theory disputants advocate. As for the right of commons in Japan, there are two backward respects. The first point is the lack of local autonomy, especially of the resident self-governance. Recently, the forest ownership of neighborhood associations has been expanded by national resource policy. It is a big problem for democracy that the expansion doesn't depend on the resident self-governance. The author verified this respect from the case in Yamagata Prefecture. The second point is discrimination against women. Not the individual but the home has right of common. However, the representative of the home is a man in many cases, and the woman is in extremely exceptional case. The author verified the problem that the case in Okinawa Prefecture. The author clarified that as for the right of commons in Japan, a further democratization and socialization are necessary, and that their progress will have more reasonable management of forest common enabled.
