I will try to progress the study of local society which brings about recent animated discussion around Japanese later medieval history circle from economi-cal history's view. Especially essay investigate the fact that Gono which was landowner, managed financial and mercantile bisiness and producted merchandise unified the local society politically and economically. This essay examinas Horigome Shirobe-ke in Dewanokuni Murayamagun Yachigo for example. Horigome-ke as big Gono holded economical hegemony in local society and managed various financial activities in cooperation with Gunchusodai and Goyado. I will report this study separating into some parts. In this second part of the report, Horigome-ke's commerce activities, for example buying and selling Benibana, and some condition affecting its economical development are investigated.
