The aim of this paper is to propose ways to improve and support their activities. The author researched on the H City Orchestra, a musical group the author is involved in, and discusses and summarizes this case study in the paper. In particular, the author focuses on the motivation behind members' musical performances and practice sessions. Furthermore, the author researches on the proper future course for orchestra activities and sheds light on the path its members wish to see taken.
