In order to verify this hypothesis, (1) the ratios of eyes, mouths and noses to the faces, (2) the aspect ratios of length and breadth of the faces, and (3) the colors of hair, irises and skin of the sixty main characters in sixty popular manga were analized, and then compared to those of the Japanese and the White. As a result, (1) and (2) did not fit either the facial features of the Japanese or the White. They are completely different from existent features. Then, (3) turned out to fit those of the Japanese in manga for male readers, while those in manga for females varied including nonexistent colors of hair and irises. In addition, the same characters in manga for females are often drawn in unexpectedly different colors}, pages = {213--223}, title = {漫画の登場人物の顔の分析}, volume = {15}, year = {2011} }
