of life: QOL）を低下させる。我々は、このような唾液分泌障害が生じるメカニズムの解明や、がん治療時の有害事象の予防的ケアの開発に使用できる唾液腺体外培養系の構築を目標としている。この唾液腺体外培養系の構築にあたり、本研究では、増殖因子添加による体外培養マウス顎下腺上皮組織において、形態と、 フローサイトメトリーによる細胞表面マーカーの変化を観察した。\n　培養顎下腺上皮組織に、ニューレグリン１ (neuregulin1: NRG1）、 トランスフォーミング増殖因子α（transforming growth factor alpha: TGF-α）を添加したところ、小葉（腺房）の分枝と増加がみられ、線維芽細胞増殖因子１（fibroblast growth factor-1: FGF1）を添加したところ、導管の伸長がみられた。これらの形態的変化は他のグループの結果とも一致した。細胞表面マーカー（c-Kit, aquaporin5 :AQP5）を用いた、フローサイトメトリーによる解析では、 幹細胞と考えられているc-Kit陽性細胞（c-Kit+細胞）の割合はNRG1または、NRG1 + FGF1の組み合わせで増加した。唾液分泌細胞の分化マーカーであるAQP5陽性細胞（AQP5+細胞）が最も増加したのは、NRG1単独添加の場合であった。\n　本研究の結果、マウス培養唾液腺上皮組織にNRG1+FGF1を添加することにより、c-Kit+細胞を維持し、またNRG1のみを添加することでAQP5+細胞を増殖させる等のように、培地に添加する増殖因子の組み合わせを変えることで唾液腺体外培養系を構築できる可能性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"12616","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ハヤサカ,
