","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"論文(Article)","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　治療的軽度低体温療法は、蘇生後脳症における神経学的予後と死亡率を改善させるとされ、多くの施設で施行され良好な成績をあげているが、その報告の多くが心停止から心拍再開まで１時間以内の症例である。神経学的予後の改善につながらない場合、患者は植物状態となる場合もあり、適応に迷うケースも少なくない。今回、心拍再開までに１時間以上を要したものの、救命の連鎖が途絶えることなく、適切な処置および治療的軽度低体温療法によって良好な神経学的予後が得られた２症例を経験したので報告する。\n　今回の２症例に共通することは、心停止直後から有効なCPRが継続されていたことであり、CPRの重要性が改めて認識された。治療的軽度低体温療法の脳保護の機序は、複数の病態が複雑に関与しておりまだ不明な点も多いが、虚血再灌流時に過剰に起こる脳代謝を抑え、脳をエネルギー不足から保護する役割を担うと考えられている。再灌流を得るまでのCPR、再灌流後の障害を抑える低体温療法、双方が神経学的予後を改善する上で重要と考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"12806","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"カノウ,
