Some considerations were made on the mechanisms of the electrolytic polishing of copper. Steady current-potential curve shows a limiting current at the range of intermediatepotentials. The limiting current incraeses with decreases of copper phosphate concentration. In copper phosphate less than 5 wt%, fluctuation of anodic current which has been observed before the onset o limiting current seems to be a formation and dissolution of the inactive material on the anode surface. Saturation of copper phosphate prevents the copper from electrolytic polishing.}, pages = {23--30}, title = {リン酸溶液中における銅の陽極挙動}, volume = {10}, year = {1968} }
