 note = {The purpose of this paper is to investigate teachers' learning as professional in a rural area of yamagata, Japan. This research concentrates on how teachers manage theis doubt and anxiety. In the process of school reform for building up "School as learning Community", teachers tend not to show their progress or growth clearly but to exhibit inner conflicts.
