This research concentrates on how teachers manage theis doubt and anxiety. In the process of school reform for building up \"School as learning Community\", teachers tend not to show their progress or growth clearly but to exhibit inner conflicts. These conflicts express a teacher's inquiry process from the perspective of a professional as a \"reflective manager\".
