Since then, ‘Teachers in Society’ has been one of the core curricula, and has aimed to improve teachers’responsibility and morality in society. The purposes of this article are as follows: 1. To state a brief summary of our classes. 2. To introduce specific ways to encourage teachers’ responsibility and morality. 3. To highlight our achievements and challenges. As a result, it can be said that the teachers and the postgraduates could exchange information with each other deeply. It helped develop their relationships much more and deepened their learning as well. In fact, they had high satisfaction levels as their average degree of satisfaction for this class measured 4.9 out of 5.0. However, there are some areas which need to be improved. 1. The way we set the main theme of discussion throughout the classes is crucial. 2. We must reflect on how to improve postgraduates’ relatively passive stance in classes or discussions, since they do not have enough experiences in school. In order to resolve these problems, we need to consider the main theme of our discussion and find out more effective ways of communication between teachers and postgraduates., 論文(Article)}, pages = {36--43}, title = {変化する社会に対応した教員の使命感や倫理観を高める授業の取り組み : 共通必修科目『社会と教員の在り方』の授業実践を通して}, volume = {9}, year = {2018} }
