of life（QOL）を損なわずに延命することが重要である。S-1は導入も容易であり、忍容性も高いことから、当科では進行再発乳癌に対してS-1を使用する機会が多い。今回、その治療成績や有害事象について検討したので報告する。\n【方法】2010年１月から2018年６月に進行再発乳癌に対してS-1を使用した19例を対象とした。全例が女性であり、平均年齢は62．1歳（32～84歳）であった。バイオマーカーはHR（hormone receptor）/HER２（human epidermal growth factor receptor-2）：＋/＋が０例、＋/－が12例、－/－が６例、不明が１例であり、再発（転移）部位はリンパ節が13例、骨が６例、肝が４例、肺が３例、皮膚が２例（重複あり）であり、使用ラインは１stが３例、２ndが２例、３rdが７例、４th以降の使用が７例であった。\n【結果】奏効率：26．3％、臨床的有用率：36．8％、病勢コントロール率：42．1％であり、部分奏効（PR：Partial Response）例ではluminal type、３rd line以内の早期使用例が多い傾向にあった。中止理由は腫瘍の増悪（PD：Progressive Disease）：７例、現病悪化によるPS（performance status）の低下：７例、有害事象（AE：Adverse Events）：２例で、治療中止までの期間（TTF：time to treatment failure）は8．1か月（平均値）、無増悪期間（TTP：time to progression）は9．0か月（平均値）であった。有害事象はGrade３が２例見られたが、特に重篤なものではなかった。\n【結論】S-1の忍容性は良好であり、QOLを損なうことなく、延命できる薬剤であることが示された。また、化学療法が効きにくいとされるluminal typeに奏効する可能性や、up
