","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"【背景】母親の育児不安の一因として乳児の皮膚トラブルがあげられている。乳児のスキンケアついて整理し、乳児のスキンケアに関わる現状を明確にすることを目的とし文献検討を行った。\n【方法】「医学中央雑誌」Web版を用い、2018年６月現在、「スキンケア」「沐浴」「皮膚トラブル」「乳児」「子供」「乳児湿疹」をキーワードに組み合わせて検索した。原著論文21件を対象に、研究内容を類似性に基づき分析・分類し、乳児のスキンケアの現状と分娩取扱医療機関におけるスキンケアの指導内容について整理した。\n【結果】対象となった文献の内容は、「乳児の皮膚トラブルの実態」「乳児の皮膚やスキンケアに対する母親の認識の実態」「スキンケアの効果」「母親が行う乳児へのスキンケアの実態」「分娩取扱医療機関における新生児のスキンケア方法」「分娩取扱医療機関におけるスキンケア指導の実態」の６つのカテゴリーに分類された。その内容として、乳児の皮膚トラブルの実態は、季節に関係なく新生児の約７割、乳幼児の約９割程度に皮膚トラブルがあり、多くの母親の困りごとになっていたこと、分娩取扱医療機関におけるスキンケアの指導は充分行われていなかったこと、母親はスキンケア手技に自信がなく、看護職からのスキンケア指導を求めていることが明らかになった。\n【結論】乳児の皮膚トラブルは多いが、スキンケア指導が充分に行われていない。母親へのスキンケア指導を推進する必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"14642","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"タカハシ,
