","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"背景】日本人の２人に１人ががんに罹患するといわれている。喫煙は、がんに最も大きく寄与する因子であり、がん患者のたばこ対策は大変重要であるが、がん患者の喫煙の実態や関連要因・社会的ニコチン依存度に関する報告は少ないのが現状である。外来化学療法を受けている患者の喫煙の実態と認識を明らかにすることを目的として、がん患者に対する効果的な禁煙指導、喫煙防止対策を検討した。【方法】対象はＡ病院において外来化学療法を行う患者のうち認知症や質問紙調査票への記入が困難な患者を除外した257名。調査内容は、基本属性、対象者と家族の喫煙状況（「非喫煙」「過去喫煙」「現在喫煙」とブリンクマン指数（一日喫煙本数×喫煙年数））、喫煙に対する認識（加濃式社会的ニコチン依存度（KTSND）と加熱式タバコに対する認識）、禁煙理由である。本研究は山形大学医学部倫理審査委員会の承認（2019－22）を得て行った。【結果】分析対象は257名、有効回答率100％であった。対象者の喫煙状況は、「非喫煙」106名（41.2％）、「過去喫煙」144名（56.0％）、「現在喫煙」７名（2.7％）であった。同居家族に喫煙者がいる割合は、「非喫煙」19.8％、「過去喫煙」25.0％、「現在喫煙」57.1％であった。「現在喫煙」のブリンクマン指数は「過去喫煙」よりも高く、喫煙による健康への影響を強く受けていることが推察された。KTSND得点は、「非喫煙」よりも「現在喫煙」「過去喫煙」が有意に高く、喫煙経験者は非喫煙経験者よりも社会的ニコチン依存度が高く喫煙を容認していた。「加熱式タバコは禁煙の場で使用してもよいと思う」割合は「現在喫煙」が「非喫煙」「過去喫煙」よりも有意に高い結果であった。また、「加熱式タバコを使う事は健康に対し害が少ないと思う」「加熱式タバコを使うことは禁煙に役立つと思う」者がそれぞれ約30％となり、加熱式タバコに関する正しい知識の普及啓発の必要性が示唆された。【結論】外来化学療法を受けているがん患者について、現在喫煙している患者への禁煙支援は重要な課題であり、家族を含め、過去喫煙者・非喫煙者に対しても喫煙による健康被害の知識の普及・啓発と継続した喫煙状況の把握に基づく禁煙支援の必要性がある。\n","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"15207","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"オウキ,
