A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting the regular male forestry workforce of the Dewa Shonai FOA, which merged over a wide area, and the Atsumi Town FOA, in the Shonai region of Yamagata Prefecture. Many of the workers of the Dewa Shonai FOA (16 respondents) worked with women. The workers of the Atsumi Town FOA (13 respondents) do not work with women. The results are as follows. About 70% of Dewa Shonai and about 60% of the Atsumi Town FOA agreed with the participation of women in the forestry industry. As a condition for women’s participation, what the two forestry associations proposed in common was an “atmosphere that makes it easy to take vacations.” In the future, in the forestry association, it will be necessary for managers to receive training from outside experts and to hold study sessions in the workplace. Furthermore, it is necessary to respect flexible and diverse work styles that meet the wishes of workers, introduce a multifaceted leave system, and expand the number of people covered by the system. If the new system is used by many workers and thrives, it is thought that an “atmosphere that makes it easy to take vacations” will be created.}, pages = {47--66}, title = {森林組合における林業就業の女性参画に関する現代的考察 : 山形県出羽庄内森林組合・温海町森林組合の常用男性林業就業者調査から}, volume = {19}, year = {2022} }
