It has been designed, based on the proposed library portal model consisting of six contents; core, information tool, instruction tool, research tool, reference tool, and tool for citizen, and has been operated and available since march 31,2003. As a result of the usabiltiy questionnaire for the staff and studets in the faculty of Engineering, the developed library potal site has been evaluated to be effective and very easy to use due to the conveniences such as a suitable menu composition to access, intelligible libray and use guidance, easy access to abundant information resources, subscription databases and electric journals, and so on.},
