These circuits proved to be better in linearity over a wide range of change in rotating speed and could convert the speed into the average output current. By means of multi-stage connecting these circuits with silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) circuits, this circuit form is applicable to a fairy wide range of the speed control of electric motors. The purpose of this paper is to explain on dynamic characteristics of this circuit, as an element of the control system, of the full-wave output type on the block diagram, and to develop the trasfer function of this circuit.
