 note = {論文(Article), This study is a report on the development of e-learning within the University’s intranet. ‘Learning from people who have a lot of great life living・work・thinking experience’for international students who wish to work for Japanese companies, were the main focus of the contents and the system. The purpose of the material was as follows: 1) The aspect of improving language listening ability, 2) The aspect of understanding the state of Japanese corporations; that is to know the corporate culture and consciousness which workers had for ‘working in the company’. The e-learning materials were taken from past lectures by people who worked for the companies talked about at the University. Practically speaking, the same experience as authentic lectures that they listened as well as the observation of visual materials such as slides. The contents were divided into 4 themes:  Corporation outline, Career path, Message, and Others. Evaluation of usage in blended learning was also discussed in the report.},
