| 内容記述 | This paper aims to understand the challenges involved in the implementation of curriculum management from the perspective of those in management and teaching positions, in order to explore the procedures and other measures that are suitable for elementary schools in Yamagata Prefecture. An analysis of various survey results targeting mid-level teaching staff at elementary schools in Yamagata Prefecture revealed that school educational goals are not being realized and that teachers find it difficult to create cross-curricular teaching plans. As measures to overcome these challenges, I suggest the careful selection of goals by principals, the development of frameworks for realizing those goals, and training in curriculum management for each teacher, while emphasizing the need for moderate and continuous practice. | |||||
